We are always accepting new rowers with any level of experience (including none!). We are equipped with well trained coaches to help our athletes reach for their goals.

For more information please contact the rowing office at 250-384-0736.

Fall Junior High Performance Program

This program is aimed at junior rowers who have either national team aspirations or are looking to move seamlessly into a Canadian university rowing program. GNRC works closely with the University of Victoria to create an environment which prepares junior rowers for the next level or rowing in Canada.

Registrants are required to understand the demands of training six days per week and must be able to commit to a minimum of 100 km of training per week. If you are not a current junior rower with GNRC please contact Alex Walker before registering for this program. Registrants will require lights to row before sunrise.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5-7am, Saturday 7-9am
