There are year-round opportunities for Junior rowers . Many kids row every season year-round. Others mix and match rowing seasons with other activities. It's up to you.

Summer Junior Train to Compete
Junior Winter Training

The winter season offers a flexible schedule so athletes can balance school and family commitments while still participating in a structured program. The program features both indoor and outdoor rowing sessions, and is suitable for all experience levels, including those new to rowing.

Build your endurance & rowing conditioning. Designed for competitive rowers. 3 sessions per week.

For juniors with minimal or no rowing experience.
