FALL - Junior-age athletes row in the Fall High School Rowing League. Most area schools have teams in this league. If you are not associated with a school that has a team this year, you can participate independently in the NO SCHOOL program.
WINTER - Weather-appropriate Junior programs that typically use off-water training to build strength, endurance, and technique.
SPRING - A variety of Junior programs, for a range of experience levels, usually including some racing opportunities.
SUMMER - A variety of Junior programs, for a range of experience levels, usually including some racing opportunities.
