Our club is a non-profit organization, led by a volunteer Board of Directors.
- We are incorporated as a non-profit BC Society, under the BC Societies Act.
- We are a member of Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA), the non-profit organization recognized by the Government of Canada and the Canadian Olympic Committee as the national governing body for rowing in Canada, and a member of Rowing BC (RBC), the Provincial Rowing Association recognized as the governing body for the sport of rowing in British Columbia.
- We have a paid Managing Director, a mix of paid & volunteer Coaches, and we rely heavily on volunteers to keep the club running.
